About
Technicians who maintain, service, repair, or dispose of equipment that could release refrigerants into the atmosphere must be certified under Section 608 of the Clean Air Act. The exam has a Core section and three type sections, for small appliances, high-pressure systems, and low-pressure systems; passing all of them earns Universal certification.
EPA does not publish its test bank, so every question in EPA 608 Prep is written for the app and cited to federal sources.
